A Serious Game for results-oriented training
“Goal setting” strengthens motivation because it:
- helps focus attention on specific tasks
- increases and focuses your efforts
- improves your determination to achieve a goal
- boosts your creativity in developing new strategies and action plans


During the simulation the manager/player will have to take decisions in respect of all the activities vital to the well being of the village community (e.g. cultivate supplies, build homes for the community, enhance peoples’ skills, face unexpected events, etc.). Each decision affects the life of the community, and thus the final result of the training.
Starting from these concepts, imaginary is able to offer a complete training approach, developed in line with customers’ real needs and organized with a professional trainer. The trainer will work on changing users’ organizational attitudes and behaviours, stimulating improved business results both in the short and long term.
