Using the self performance evaluation by ISF, and the evaluation by the Trainer, ISF is able to think over its own behaviour, comparing its perception with that of the tutor.
The Tutor is enabled to put across a proper training line only after having really understood the informer's perceptions, filling in possible gaps, or giving as much detailed information as possible.
ISF and Trainer evaluations are developed through an identical questionnaire, which are given to the two candidates, and compared, to ascertain any relationship between them. The instrument is reusable many times, to measure possible improvements and to set up approved standard training lines.
