imaginary Platform
To realise its Serious Games, imaginary uses a proprietary platform which can create four types of game depending on customer needs.- “Chameleon” produces non-branching or branching stories. In this case, the Serious Game is able to simulate the communication and behaviour adopted in a particular context, and is used for behavioural training of company staff (e.g. the sales force);
- “Mascot” is a tool to:
- forecast how the individual topics in a communication may influence the market positioning of a new product;
- verify the effective result of product training for the sales force, assessing the distortion of the image of the product in question by the users of the game compared to the original message that the company wished to convey(*);
- assess the effectiveness of communication between the sales force and the product's target customers;
- Questionnaires with a graphical interface, in which the clickable elements to be found on the screen generate the question to be answered;
- Games with a logical/mathematical or free-choice animated interface.

The model can be personalised according to specific customer requirements to reflect as closely as possible company culture or a particular context.
As far absolute and team scores are concerned, the control mechanisms can be set freely in function of customer needs.
To ensure that the games are not purely deterministic, random situations can be included in the simulations.
